Search Instructions

If you choose to be a SUBSCRIBER to the Archives, you will have complete access and privileges to all the information at this site, including the articles, categories and presentations.

With this Issue, we have over 5,000 articles with over 1,000 categories.

Here are 3 suggestions as to how to search for information…

1)  On the right side of this page, you will see a “Search” button where you can type in keywords to search for.
2)  Below that, you can search by Category, which will bring up all posts within that selected Category.
3)  Just below that, you will see a drop down menu where you can search by month and year.

Some ideas as to how to use this website:

1)  Need help with a patient’s case.
2)  Need information for a paper.
3)  Need information for a presentation.
4)  Need evidence-based information to answer a documentation question.
5)  Need information for personal injury case.
6)  Need information for political/legislative purposes.
7)  Need information to answer another physician’s question.
8)  Good source of information to make patient newsletters.
9)  Would like to search for options in a patient’s case.
